Project Fitness – Project X Fitness Games Dublin

Project X Games

Event Structure 30th of November:
* Teams: Team’s of 4!
* Format: Relay-style competition or a series of “stations” where each team member takes turns.
* Time Limit: Keep each round/station under 10 minutes to fit the event within 60 minutes. Rotate through 5 stations in total.

Competition Flow:
1. Warm-Up (5-7 mins)
* Quick group warm-up to get everyone moving (dynamic stretches, light cardio).
* Brief explanation of the competition and team roles.
Station 1: Rowing (10mins per team)
* Each team member must take part on the rower.
* Total: 10 minutes of rowing per team, alternating between teammates.
* Coach will record your score.

Station 2: Assault Bike (10mins per team)
* Each team member must take part on the Assault bike.
* Total: 10 minutes per team, alternating between teammates.
* Coach will record your score.

Station 3: Burpees (10mins per team)
* Each team member must take park but only one member can work at a time.
* Total: 10 minutes per team, alternating between teammates.
* Coach will record your score.

Station 4: Ski-Erg (10mins per team)
* Each team member must take part on the Ski-Erg.
* Total: 10 minutes per team, alternating between teammates.
* Coach will record your score.

Station 5: The Run (10mins per team)
* Each team must take a phone a pace it with Strava turned on to clock up meters.
* Total: 10 minutes per team, alternating between teammates.
* Coach will record your score.
